This was the start of my 1973 CB450 build — parked in the PO’s garage.
The best thing this bike had going for it was the pricetag — $700. As you can tell, a previous owner “got creative” with it, removing the front and rear fenders, hacking off the back of the frame, rattle canning the engine black and kinda mounting a cheap, crappy cafe racer seat on the back. Job one, as always was knocking the ugly off and to do my best to find the cool and then to get it started. Yep … it’s not the right order, you should get it started first, but I never do.
