I just MVP’d a new tool—a Culture Playfield. Like my Change Playfield, Culture Playfield is a construct that helps diagnose and prescribe solutions for complex problems.
This one focuses on job culture—the good, bad and the ugly. While I’ll use it in business, I built it to help me write a pair of books—90-Day Job Detox—employee and leader editions. Look for it Spring of 2026. And, look for an overview of this new Playfield later this Fall
